OKAYSO. If i don't explain it very well, then uhhh i'm a retard. BUTW/E.
1. open the penciled sketch on photoshop
2. double click on the layer that says background [which should be the pic]
3. a little window should pop up, and you can just keep the name it already is, BUT MAINLY that's what unlocks it. since the bg layer is usually locked.
4. AND NOW TO THE IMPORTANT PART. there should be a little thingie above the layer somewhere that says 'normal'. now just click that down to 'mulitply'
5. make a new layer for color, put it under the line art layer, and color away!
