at last!
it took me a good 2 days to do this
mostly it's a coloration of this one here
but with a few tweaks
Not as impressed with Ash as i am with Misty, i think i rushed him because i need to get my 500th done before my Posters tomorrow
but dat Milotic Dress
the hair is perfect too
hopefully the waterpaint background fits as well as it does on SAI; the blue highlight on the submission page is putting me off
