originally, this is the flashback of when Charizard began obeying Ash, so when he was frozen by Poliwrath
For the poster, i've made it as he's shocked that he's gone 13 years and now he's without Misty, Brock, hasn't won a Pokemon League and is still 10

I heard that frm the first season to D/P he did actually age ( 15 ) But when the season of B/W was released,they reset his age but idk if its true

I don't think they ever explicitly said his age in DP
The dub has stated that over a year passed in both the Pikachu short to the Third Movie and when Ash returned to Viridian City
But other than that, Ash has always been stated as 10
