Description
I love monkeys, and spider monkeys are amazing with their long limbs and tail <3This should have been a creature ispired by both monkey and spider but came out not exactly how it was supposed to be. I also tried to imagine its anatomy, just for fun.Β
I am not satisfied with the coloration, as usual.

Spider monkeys have always been this concept that I wanted to do myself and this looks like such a beautiful presentation of it

I like the fact that some of you like it and some no (and with like I mean you think it's creepy or not). It's kind like with spider, I guess, so I think I'veΒ accomplished a good goal with it and this make me really happy!

Those takedown bows are pretty nice.
My boyfriend has one, and itΒ΄s really nice that one can just chance the arms and increase (or decrease) strength of the bow.
I would need to buy a whole new bow for a little more strength... -_-

Ragim Scorpion is one sexy looking bow.
I'm still toying between a recurve or compound. I love the idea and purpose of the recurve, but the compound is a lot more accurate. If I use it for hunting then there is less error for mistakes. Perhaps you may have some suggestions? Also what brands and makes are worth going for?

ItΒ΄s so cruel... chances are high to severly injure, but not kill the game. Can be very nasty... remember this lion who was shot by arrows a few years ago?
But yes, a compound bow would be the bow of choice for hunting nowadays.
Since compound bows are forbidden in most of the archery couses and parks here, I have no clue about those.
Popular brands for takedown recurve bows are Samick and Ragim. Jandao should be fine.
Some may complain Ragim is not really "high end" but I like their bows a lot!
I have friends who are big Ragim fans.
Samick bows are used in many archery clubs around.
I would definitely not order a random bow online, but try some in a store.

Oh no no, It's not something I will actively seek out to do, because im aware of that horrible result. I'm just thinking from a survival standpoint only. If my life depends on it I can hunt for rabbits or something small.
Good idea, just the only issue is the shops near where I live have hardly any decent stock

I mean, I also bought my boyfriends bow online without any knowledge, and I chose everything just right!
Size, strenght...
My problem is that I canΒ΄t hold heavy bows properly.
My longbow only weights about 200g, maybe 300g, these takedown bows are much heavier, just the plain weight, independendly of their strength.
So now matter of the strength, I will always go for light bows.
