During the 2nd half of my semester we were told to draw (or rather, design cars). LOTS of cars. T_T; I picked the Mini™ Cooper brand so that was all I was allowed to draw- different versions of the same miserable thing-on-wheels.Luckily, in my VisCom class, we were being allowed to draw ANYTHING we wanted for homework (so long as it was in proper perspective and shaded correctly). So..... ˆ–ˆ
Medium: black Prismacolor™ "Verithin" pencil, some Copic™ tone gray marker, and a liiitle bit of Prismacolor™ Nupastel Chalk (applied with a webril pad)

Mecha is a bit tricky - because it can be drawn in so many directions just like a person, BUT each angle is a whole new problem to deal with.
Ahhh, the VisCom I'm taking is at Art Center College of Design (in Pasadena). If you ask me, the instructors like to keep the same name but change what is actually taught, so it can be confusing. =\

Very practical Mini! ^^ Good for parking in impossible pçaces... and good to avoid car thieves (especially here in Brazil ^^)

Well, you see, the hardest part about drawing real cars is actually the wheels - it involves a lot of mathematical plotting out; if your wheels look off, the whole picture looks off. So this was my way of rebelling against that evil class. XD Thanks for the kind words~
