Finally, a post somewhat related to my deviant id! Work buddy of mine mentioned he plans to get a tattoo relating to the 4 elements and was looking for some ideas.2nd and 3rd columns are obviously from Avatar The Last Airbender and Pokemon respectively, the rest are all me (more or less).
Air's always been my personal favorite? Hbu?

So then why use the image you did? I remember during the first league PokΓ©mon the image for Ice and Ground or Rock types

Well i not fond of the feather symbol as it noninclusive towards bats and insectoid pokemon. Not to mention the weird ones like hoppip and drifloon. Honestly though, besides the elements in the card game, I'm not sure if any other official symbols exist

Understandable, as for official symbols the Ice and Ground/Rock have one. Ash at the PokΓ©mon League with the other Pikachu-owning kid, he named it Sparky I think.
