Hey that's really charming. It's so rich and detailed. I like the etchy rough tactility of it, it's kindof authentic country ..scruffy rustic ..ness. Is this from a photo reference or on location? I'm gonna guess you added some little props to this, the cat/goose/boots/bike? I really like them

Hi , Thank you im glad you like it. The whole place is totally imagined but it is typical of places i visit during my working day. , lucky me!, But i do real places and subjects as well. I have several projects on the go at once and every so often sell a few which usually pays for more pens/paper etc. As you can see my subjects vary enormously but basically if i like it i will have a go and get it on paper. I will tell you a secret and please dont laugh but last summer i got some slate...flat surface stone... and painted my own fossils on them. When dry i sealed them with varnish and put them in the garden.sorry to heavy for the scanner so none on DA.but its quite extreme dont you think?. anyway i will submit some more stuff soon and will let you know.
Best wishes and kind regards
from Devon England. 521

yeah let me know on that one. These have been selling quite well at the moment. I could do with a career change at present...I am working on a couple of rural scenes in pure B/W but they take ages , the coloured ones are a bit quicker.

I'm still thinking, but it'll come to me! They are good, yeah a change is all ways nice, what do you do? I guess you need tom include more detail in black and white, you can't really rely on colours to show texture so much!
