"By day, she's a mild mannered personal assistant at a global media web site, but when duty calls Kara slips away to transform into ... SUPERGIRL !! [Cue fanfare]"Back in Februrary / March 2015 we only had a couple of dimly lit photos of Melissa Benoist in costume, but that didn't deter me from trying to create some original CBS Supergirl photo manipulations. In one picture (below) I attempted the iconic shirt-ripping tranformation -- but I was never particularly happy with the results. Imagine my surprise (shock!) when I learned that fans where apparently printing this image out and getting Ms. Benoist to sign it.
I figured it was about time to do an updated, greatly improved, version, using the better photos sources that have become available over the past twelve months.
So here's the results. What do you all think..?
Anyone want the guess what the text at the bottom of the image says..?

I think if I ran into Melissa... and she offered to give me the shirt off her back... and she was wearing that famous outfit underneath... I think... well, I think I'd just pass out..!!

If that scenario happened, I would let out the biggest wolf whistle I could and then faint. Moments later, as I come to, Melissa is there with her shirt still open as I lay on the ground with her hand cradling my head. Then I ask "Where am I?" She then asks, "Where do you think you are?" I reply as I turn to her, "I must be in heaven because I have seen an angel; one in blue and red with beautiful hair and a warm smile."
