Description

Just as the situation looks hopeless, Supergirl notices a sink in the corner of the room with a lead pipe underneath it. With her last ounce of strength, she breaks off a section of the pipe, stuffs the Kryptonite in it and seals both ends of the pipe. Supergirl regains her powers and escapes from the room just before the air runs out.

Brilliant manip 5red and hats off to ms Benoist for making an amazing girl of steel.As for the escape plan.plan. Dangerguy has most of the options covered but this is where it pays off to have another hero around to help in case of things like this.

Great, almost flawless photomanip. As for Supergirl's escape:
Option 1: Reinforced glass should still have a resonant frequency; if SG has enough power left for a super-shout at the right frequency she may be able to crack or even shatter the windows. She'll have to act fast, though; when the room becomes airless there'll be no medium to convey sound.
Option 2: As the air leaves the room it will result in a tremendous pressure differential with the outside--perhaps SG could exploit that. The stress could be enough to undermine the reinforced windows' strength.
Option 3: Kryptonite is from Krypton and should therefore be super-hard. She could wrap her cape around the crystal (to avoid touching it and to add force to her swing) and use it to smash the windows (which the aforementioned pressure differential has weakened). Again, she has to act fast, before the green K and lack of air overwhelm her.
Option 4: If the Mac has an Internet connection she could send a request for help. That's the least heroic option, though.
Option 5: How did Lex conceal the green K so SG would enter the room and get that close to it? There might be a lead container around she could shove it back into.
Option 6: Is Lex paranoid enough to line his laptops with lead to shield them from prying super-eyes? She could wrap the laptop case around the green K.
