Yes, all the elements you've seen before, nothing new. It's just that -this- time, I've altered the aesthetics a bit. Some are easily recognizable (because I'm cool like that, and color-coded everything), and the slight change is more noticeable.In the inner circle, there's still Fire, Lightning, Air, Ice, Water, Plant, Earth, and Ore going clockwise (the primary and secondary elements). Outer ring is Light, Ether, Darkness, and Terra (the 4 balances); and of course, in the center is the Void, the ultimate balance of time and space.
The simpler elements were easy to redraw (with the exception of Lightning...it still doesn't look right), as well was the element of Darkness (I now got it to look how I wanted the original to look). Light, Ether, Void (once called "Stratus"), and Terra were a bit more challenging, in that I liked the originals just as they were. However, with my awesome creativity, I was able to refine the elements, and I have to say that Light, Ether and Void look vastly better because of it (Terra retains its awesomeness).
And this time, I saved it as a .bmp as opposed to a .jpeg, so it isn't crappified. And yes, all done in MSPaint.

Maybe I'll do something with these and the elements.
I thought about that! And I've managed to come up with something, but only 6 colors, 6 elements. Though Pink for Lightning could make sense...hmm...

maybe it could work. I dunno, maybe instead of actually combining the colors for some of the elements, like red + white = pink lightning, you could do a swirl type thing where you just use both colors in the element. At least for the ones where the mixture wouldn't make sense, like Brown + Blue = ??? for Plants. Instead make the symbol incorporate the colors of brown and blue in it somehow.

While clever, I don't want to chain the child elements to the parent elements, they should be their own, individual entities. Mixing the with the two separate colors would unnecessarily complicate the icon.

true, simplicity is always better when dealing with elements. Plus it would be inconsistent to have some to mix to colors, while others combine them.

Ooh, very nice! They're aesthetically pleasing, and I like how the Elder elements have more intricate symbols than the inner circle. I also like the way you arranged them so that the secondary elements are between their "parents."
Btw, my eight are ice, fire, earth, wind, thunder, metal, shadow, and magic/aether/void/whatever you want to call it.

Yeah, water is the neutral element. Each element has a nation in my world, and there is a broad expanse of neutral ocean between them. And the three in one is actually all one element, those are just the possible names. Some call it aether, for some it's void, for others it's magic. I just haven't chosen an official name for it.

Well, the elements themselves seemed rather intuitive, Fire and Water, as it was. Aether and Terra, however, represent the Dynamic and Static forces, respectively; they also represent the entirety of the Skies and the Planets, respectively.

Wow the only difference between your version of the elements and the one I usually use is that I don't have Terra and Ether (nice btw), and Void. I use Space, Time, and Energy. I definitely like your wheel though.
After comparing the earlier version with this one I think every element was improved save for: Light, Ore/Metal (the crown makes it seem too important imo), Ice, and Lightning. I like the previous versions of those element more, except for Lightning. (that one's always hard to do isn't it?) Lastly I must commemorate you on the Terra and Ether elements, their designs are spectacular!

I think I was in a bit of an element-making fling. I enjoy symmetry, so I needed something in order to combine the Earth-based and Air-based elements, and such.
Thank you for your praise, I'm glad you approve. :3 The redesigning was done on a whim, to be honest, though I think Light is for the better, even if more complicated.

My whole deal with the Light element's appearance is I liked the larger spines of the older version, but I also liked the more complex design of the newer one. If that clears things up.

when i daydream, i see a world of which i rule(a world sumthin like ragnarok and all of us have jobs like swordsman,mage etcetc)i am the vice god(i work for god XD)and theres a game(theres no name for it) everybody plays whic uses wariors( something like bakugan,pokemon,shaman king,persona,etctec)you play it in real life not in your laptop and you put a card in a reader that can fit in your pocket(there are 5 cards and each of them has a picture:shamans,personas,pokemon,bakugan and ...i forgot lol...)and i control all the elements.the elements are in card form and orbit around me and i dont need readers to play.i have 13 wariors(10 of them elements and the 3 are jack,queen,and ofcourse the KING.my ultimate weapon is the king,he lives in me and we are together,if he dies,i die too)and nobody has ever seen me.

AEther and Terra are the Heavens and the Earth respectively, "Earth" in reference to the very planet; they can also represent the metaphysical vs. the physical, again, respectively. They're part of the Divine Circle, so...yeah. :3 Hope that cleared it up?

This is a great concept. I like how the 12 come together in the Void, which happens to be space and time, and goes together with the roman numeral clock. This is the best representation of the elements I've ever seen. Congrats.

Certainly. Ether, or "ΗΌther", consists of the air around us and all the compounds thereof, scientifically speaking (gases and vapor, notably, the lighter aspects of the Periodic table). Mystically, Η½ther is the collection of spirits, thoughts, and waves (of varying kinds) that travel around us without our direct knowledge. Keep in mind that Η½ther is a Balance, or balance point, as it were, meaning that it is one of two different outcomes (the other being Terra), in which energy and matter coexist, in an extreme sense; i.e. "Gray Areas of existence".
I still think, though, that this table could use some refining.
