Another Zoid is definitely my next portfolio piece (or maybe the one after next) but I still like using this one for renders. It looks really striking in the toon style, much closer to how it would appear in the anime. Who knows? I might end up rigging and animating one of these to use in UE4...Related content

Are these caution strips your twist or are they also in the original design? How many tris does it have by the way?

The black-and-yellow hazard stripes are my own twist, yeah. So is a lot of the linework in the texture, mostly just to give it more detail. It has a bit over 15k tries, by the way

Yeah. If I was gonna do it again, I'd probably use a more sophisticated method, but this way served it's purpose.
