No, but it is made by Ubisoft, so I definitely get the similarities. That being said, this setting is a very historically accurate looking one, so the correlation between that and the actual time-period is more relevant.

It's a follow up to previous Anno games, strategy/econony. The setting is more or less historically accurate and takes place roughly in the middle/second half of the XIX century, unlike the title suggests
