That's a pretty unhelpful comment to leave - constructive criticism could at least be productive but a completely negative response like that is really unnecessary and sounds pretty rude.
If you're not a fan of the painting, you could at least show some respect by phrasing your comment differently, if you still feel the need to voice your opinion. You can comment on a lack of clarity, throw in at least some positive feedback for example the very well done lighting, and maybe elaborate on how the human forms seem to be placed ineffectively to you, making them appear as though they're sleeping on the ground rather than standing in solidarity with the revolution.
The right words can make or break a comment, and if you care about showing respect to the artist, I hope I've helped you see how you can express that more clearly
