Easy.
Let me see if I can explain.
When you go to edit, it shows the picture, there should be this little thing in the corner, like when you go to edit your ID or one of those other things on your page.
Click that and it will ask if you want to change the main file, click that, pick the new picture from your files, then just update.
If this doesn't make sense I'm sorry :I
