hahahhahah funny story about the texture i used for the hardwood floor. that was actually the blanket from the crime scene hotel i stayed in this summer. it's the only picture of that hotel i didn't delete out of fear. XDD

i think he has far more charisma than "Bad Dudes" XDDDD

this one was particularly painful to do since it was in the middle of work and i wasn't satisfied with the way the cabinet came out but i didn't have the time to change it and i really wanted to make my deadline and missed it by 3 hours which was heartbreaking but it's done so... yeah.

run-on sentences always make me smile.

and Gui makes me smile too. XDDDD

I thought this was a terrible drawing when i first finished it.

OMG i didn't even think about that movie coming out... i'd originally planned on Fang and Sparkz doing something together, but i ran out of time and just decided on this.

Sparkz kinda sells out when he's older. I've kinda sorta adopted the Socks attribute where he can switch from being a kid to an adult or whatever size he needs to be to fit the situation because Socks is totally boss XDDD so when Sparkz gets older he becomes an action hero before getting a video games series.

I;m sure he and Socks are in a two-player game somewhere too.

i'm not sure. Sparkz becomes a hugely successful action star when he grows up so naturally there would be many video games with him in it.I was so upset with how the arcade cabinet came out that i almost decided not to finish drawing this

hopefully i'll feel better in the morning when i finally get some new art pens (i haven't bought new pens in over a year)

Maybe the game is some kind of beat 'em up game like Streets of Rage or Street Gangs? Those are fun (even if I suck at those). Or maybe it's... Well, some awesome game, I'm sure of that.

the caffeine has worked a little and i don't feel so crummy now. plus i have an idea for a random drawing to do that will make me feel better after work so hopefully i can get to the art store as soon as it opens so i don't have to deal with.. .. ugh. the public

Caffeine always helps~ Well, maybe not always, but... Whatever. Random drawing, huh? Sounds awesome, whatever the idea might be! Yeah, and the public... Ick. I just returned home as I went shopping and gadgödsgäsö so much people outside aaahhhh But yeah. I bought more beads (because they were cheap as there was a sale). Lime green and dark red. I'm not sure if I'll ever need those colors, but... Yeah. Now I have those. Now if only I would have the energy and motivation to do a bead thingie.

But you're usually too kind, so I guess it makes sense for me to be kind, too. If that makes sense.

Streets of Rage, I had so much fun with that game (even if I pretty much failed ), but the MegaCD (that game was on some collection CD thingie) doesn't work anymore so I can't play it and it's just not the same on an emulator.

I'm afraid to look at it but i'm very glad you liked it just the same... i'll have to give some of your other characters a try one of these days when i'm not so darned busy with work. it's really difficult to attempt your awesome characters in my odd style for whatever reason, but one day i hope to 'get it'.

You shouldn't be there's nothing wring with it. Oh and I'd love to see some of my others drawn by you sometime our styles are quite different, but i think Fang looks great in your style in this pic. Perhaps one day I could try to draw Sparkz in my style

one of the things that always seem to set you apart is that not only is your drawing style unique, but so is your coloring it's so awesome and i'm not sure it translates as well to my digital coloring methods, so i need to up my game next time, for sure. i had to look at Fang and i was thinking.. "hmm, i could model him a bit off of Calamity" so i tried that approach and .. well, it was what it was. but i can't give up!

And yeah XD I knew that was him on the arcade machine and I saw him in some of your other pics
And yeah, it always takes me forever to colour my pics, i kinda have my own way of shading and colouring and it's pretty different from digital colouring, but yeah i like the colours in this pic.
Oh and i knew Fang reminded me of someone here and I couldnt think who, but it's Calamity! It works well though, it's like Fang in Tiny Yoons style!

hmm, maybe we could call it a trade and do it perhaps next month? I'd love to draw your character, Buttons (he's got the coolest design and i generally have a lot better luck with cat characters, anyways) you've got some really awesome characters in your gallery that BEG to be drawn more. XD i dig the husky with the boxing gloves, (Snowy, was it?) I could totally draw him sparring with Furrball

yeah, it's kind of ironic since my original drawings of Sparkz were based on more Sonic-style anatomy and i exclusively used colored pencils back then since i had no idea how to work photoshop and now it's the exact opposite and i've all but forgotten how to use colored pencils i SO wanted to emulate your shading style in this picture but it was pretty much impossible by the time i was done.

Oh and I'd love to see you draw Buttons or Snowy I'm actually working on updated pics of all my characters which I will upload sometime soon it's good to hear that you like my characters, I always wanna know what people think of them but they hardly get any comments. Ah well.
Oh and a lot of my characters used to be sonic-styled too. And yeah, coloured pencils and markers are the only things I really know how to use, I just fail completely at digital art.
And i think it would be difficult to emulate my style in photoshop, that could be one of the reasons why I'm so bad at it.
