Westbound out of Dorval on May 1st, 2004, SOO SD60 #6004 leads a CP mixed freight on its way to Toronto. I recently acquired a pair of Atlas N scale models of SD60ies in this paint scheme. Note the mis-matched number boards.Related content

Β These are called, believe it or not, "bloody nose" units!
I love the warbonnets, they are from the ATSF, and found their way onto many other roads in many variations. Have you seen these examples?Β

When I was a child we would get stopped at a major intersection as red and gold F7's pulled freight along the Santa Fe tracks before us. Β I still remember how beautiful the locomotives were.
