Yeah, I know what you mean. See, I like the idea of Kiara, but hate watching her in TLK2. I still like to draw her, but think she could have been sooo much better in the movie. (And sadly, with the crap Disney puts out in its sequels, I'm sure they'd have messed up Kopa too.)

Yeah, it's weird how I love seeing art of Kiara and Kovu, but I'm practically embarrassed by them in the movie, lol.
They should have made a movie about Scar and Mufasa as cubs. That would have been awesome.

I've seen some petitions for TLK4 - the movie about Mufasa and Scar, but I think it won't work. Disney won't do a movie about them...:/

Overprotective Simba is annoying, not just because it's so off his character. In TLK, Sarabi made it clear that Simba and Nala would have Zazu as an escort to the water hole. Why didn't Simba just do that with Kiara, instead of having her secretly followed. It made him out to be more of a bad guy than he had to be, probably just so that Kiara would seem more like a hero. She's a total Mary-Sue.

Oh yes, that's why I always repeat - Scar. Mufasa and Sarabi (even if her role wasn't as much important as other ones) were the best characters in TLK - really amazing designed in psychical way.
