Thanks! The work is based on and inspired by the art and culture of the ancient Maya, so I can definitely see your connection to First Nations art
So much of Maya mythology, to me at least, feels like it could walk right out of the pages of Lovecraft

I studied Mayan and Incan art during high school and always thought that the dietys and thier origins were of great interest-not to mention the art styles in each respective culture!!!
It is truly satisfying to see an artist from the digital age put thier twist on the old legends!

Thank you! I'd been reading a lot of Lovecraft, and I've always been fascinated with the ancient cultures of Mexico. The grotesque and otherworldly nature of some of the pre-Columbian gods seems very Lovecraft
