Description Just showing and documenting my technique.

EDIT: I choose to not shade the skin because I just wanted to practice my construction lines. Feel free to give feedback on anything.

Good approach. One thing, though, is don't forget about the shape of the form when you get to shading portion. The highlight on the hair should be a reflection of light and, hence, follow the underlying form. In your current drawing it's not following it and throws off the viewer's eye so it creates an illusion of distortion of the face, as if eyes are not in the right spot. Your layin is actually more correct in terms of perspectives (maybe the right eye from the viewers point of view is a little too high) than on your shaded finished version. Does it make sense?

Do you mean that the highlights of the hair is not matching the light source shown on her clothing? I'm not sure what you mean by underlining form?

I played a little bit with it changing proportions and perspectives on top of your sketch side:    I didn't design or shade hair but put some small shades on both sides to indicate the roundness of the head and following the perspective.

Wow, thanks for taking the time to show me! I see you made the chin a bit bigger, which is funny because someone said that my drawing looked a little bit too masculine. Also you shaded the face in your version, which obviously gave it form. I didn't shade this time because I just wanted to stop after the clothing. Though I like how you did some simplistic shading for the face.

I was staying pretty close to the reference which is Pool Girl  if you want to look at it. That's cool that you redrew my work

You're welcome and now I have a reference to look at as well I may give it a try soon, just for fun.
As for chin, I actually tried to make it smaller but I can't erase printed lines so it looks "bigger" As for shading, yes, I just followed the anatomy of the face to give it a form.
