A vector every other day keeps the NaNoWriMo away~ Who needs priorities/time management?

I dunno, am I getting better at this Inkscape thing? :V Tried to make this guy look slimy but that kinda didn't work. Again , suggested by my sister. Bless her for encouraging me not to do the same old Pokemon I usually resort to drawing .

Something is annoying me about those horn curl thingers but other than that I don't think it came out too bad. The slimy bits were awful, though. :I As always, critique is welcome; this time around I remembered to save the original properly so I can actually change stuff that needs changing. Cheers for learning how to technology!
