The other 3 can be hot too. Deidara's hair wins him points
But Kisame is, for me better as a personality aswell. And as looks if one can look past the obvious things.
Menly man rulez That's why i liked Asuma that much.
Girly man can be cool, but Sasori and Deidara are not the perfect example

Itachi is an Uchiha. Being hot comes with the Sharingan and the emo disease. t's genetyc. The personality makes him kind of hot too.

Well I didn't see any ugly Uchiha. Even Fugaku and Madara's father are hot. Not to mention Madara himself.
It would be completely legit if the chapter wen't like this:
