You could just have easily called it "No Brass, No Ammo"
That's cool shit, now I wish I had a scanner.

Green tip, 62 gr. armorpiercing/ red tip tracer made by talon . Love the site of tracers going down range. can be purchased online at AMMOMAN.com. in NJ. I have tried the wolf brand with fair success I believe they were $129.00 for 2000 rounds. Had fun at the range the other day I hope my son, gman, stationed in Iraq as I type this could hear the rapid fire salute to our troops.
God bless the Marines and all who serve

We see tracers in the sky often on friday nights (its like celebration sunday for iraqis) But they have a more orange tracer.

I thank you for a very difficult mission you men and women are performing. You are the next generation to lead this country. My son gman is in Fallujah for 3 weeks they have already been hit with 3 ieds' and he has been hit with rounds, saved by his a armor. He also says he will not reenlist. I am always concerned, but I try not to worry. He has some great leadership.has trained with the best, is conditioned to the level of a professional athlete, is determined and focused. We talked at length before he was deployed, he answered all my questions right or I would have felt he was not ready to go. This is not a postion everyone can do out of the 4 who signed up for the marines he is the only one who stuck it out. The others are all deserters. Gman is a survivor, he was born dead, fought back to be a fine young man. He has had much adversity in his life this I believe carried him thru the difficultly of basic training and SOI. Best of luck and you can say badwords to me anytime, I will not be offended
Only the strong survive,

Beautiful shot, I like that!
It resembles the one I have quite much - focusing on the bullet, and a white background.
About the bullets I have, they're 7.62. I haven't modified the perspective in any way, but I took the photo in a "strange" angle, so that may affect the looks.
Keep up the good work!

Did you any trouble with excessive glare on your rounds? I kept having to change and adjust the lighting to hold off the glare?

Not really, the bullets are a bit shiny, and I adjusted the levels a bit on Photoshop.. but that's about it. Did you use the camera's own lighting, or a some external lighting (lamp etc.) ?

I tried a flash I have for the camera, but it was just way overboard. So I used the detachable light of my shops Canon XL1s Video camera and mounted it on a tripod. It worked pretty well after I spent some time adjusting and readjusting. I just didn't want the rounds to come out extremely gold colored. I also did a little tweaking in photoshop though. The main problem was hitting the rounds with just enough light to get them to show up, but not make the magazine look like a black rectangle with no definition.

I really had to work with this one. I had wanted three rounds in the shot but couldn't get my focus right. So I just ended up with one...
