Here's a second version of the logo I've been working on for the US Military Service Member dA Group. I'd call this the Deployment edition...(For all the service members wearing the new ACUs... I don't know if those colors will quite work for the logo, HA!

I Think This One Looks Better Than The Red, White & Blue. I Hate To Say That But, It Does. How About A 3 Color Desert?

What colors do you think I should use? I can't seem to get the desert colors right, even when I pull the colors right out of a photo in photoshop. I also tried a Forest camo scheme but that just looked ugly. (ACUs are what... tan, brown, and that blue-green-grey?)

Yeah, They Are Great For Hiding On A Computer Screen. I Don't Know About Those, But Millions Were Spent On Testing, And Apparently They Work. But The Forest Definetly Won't Work. And The Desert Is Getting Phased Out Anyway.

The units that are deploying to Iraq now have the ACUs... I just can't see 'em hiding in the desert. And if they are supposed to be for an Urban environment I don't see them working either. But hey, Millions of research development can't be wrong can it? I mean look at the Commanche!

Its all about money... instead of investing on the best uniform for each environment for the new camo... the government "saves" money by trying to make one for all. It will probably bite them in the ass, much like the issues with HMMWV up armoring
