Okay. Out of ALL the Animorphs fanart out there, I am under the impression this is the only one featuring a Chee |: Wtf, did no one really care about these guys?For those who are adept at depriving themselves of things that rule, the Chee are androids from the book series Animorphs, created by the Pemalite race. They are freakishly powerful and strong, coming from a planet with much heavier gravity. Fortunately for the rest of the universe, the peace-loving Pemalites programmed them for good
No Chee will do an action that might cause another being harm. But this was pretty fun to do. The books never really gave you that specific a descrition of the Chee, other than saying they looked like "a skelatal dog walking on its hind legs--possibly a greyhound--with interlocking steel and ivory plates".
More specifically, this is fanart of the Chee who passes himself as Erek King. Just . . . minus the hologram

Well, they first meet Erek in book ten, where Marco sees him get run over by a bus, flash to android for a moment, then get up and walk away unharmed a human boy again, unharmed. But he appears frequently throughout the series. The books where they deal the most with Erek are books 10 (The Android) and 27 (The Exposed), I believe. 27 is where the Pemalite ship in the ocean is tampered with, causing all the Chee to freeze and loose their holograms.
. . . yeah. I got this series down.

wow...XD i never read #10...at least i can't remember if i have XD you do have it done...did you ever read the Andalite (i'm pretty sure that's spelled right..) chronicles? those were my favorite XD

Ummm.. wow is all I can say. 
I never finished reading any of the books, really, nor did I even read them in order. So when it got to the actualy storylines about all the crazy extra races and Elfangor and all the Vissers and blah blah blah, I got really confused. But regardless, this is really awesome, even though I'm not that familiar with the Chees...
