Description
Rrrrgh I haven't uploaded anything in forevers |8 So here we go.As some of you know, I recently held a poll where I asked you guys to critique me. I was frequently told to do moar backgrounds. Luckily, my art teacher launched us into the watercolor unit around that time, and we had to do two pictures--the first of which had to be a background; otherwise, I don't think I woulda attempted anything like this xD
I am in fact fairly pleased with the sloppy outcome, though it looks horrible on the compy |8 This image was heavily reffed off of a stunning picture by a fellow deviant, which can be found here: [link]
I suppose without that link, it's kinda hard to tell what this is all supposed to be . . . but I like it anyways c: Kinda makes me want to do another bg. Scary.
No watermark for once because I dun wanna.

I really like it! It doesnt make a whole lot of sense to your eyes close up, but further away it's a beautifully layered and almost impressionist piece

Very interesting, I like it. I haven't used watercolors since I was in middle school, so there's no way I could pull off something like this. xD

Came out pretty good; it's got a solid sense of depth and I could even tell what the waterfall was.

Thank you! I'm glad to hear my water was identifiable, I think that's the fuzziest part of the whole thing xD
