To call this awesome would not do it justice. Failure to find appropriately descriptive accolades leaves me with no choice but to shoot myself (clicks bolt pistol borrowed from Commissar, points at own head: *BLAM*)
Seriously, I don't know what to say. I'm quite into pencil-sketching fantasy stuff (WH40K included); but even with the life span of an Astartes, I couldn't hope to touch this.

This is a wonderful pic- but there is something I think I need to comment on. The positioning of the arms and sword haft in line like this seems to lose the weapon and just how badass it is. Your work is wonderful and by no means do I want to upset you- its just that the arm position and sword haft thing stands out to me.

oooooooooOOOOOoh. I like a lot. Especially what you did with the mid section armor. The traditional version always looks like it's either made of cloth material down there or detrimentally inflexible. The pose is also rather clever. I used to have the worst time drawing my sister swinging her eviscerator overhead because of those silly pauldrons.

Oh, it was, trust me on it. Even more than once (altough my favourite moment of those was when she killed huge, nasty tyranid with a single hit

Man, bug juice everywhere... but man, those things must be great for getting enemies to have to use the critical damage tables. I love the critical damage tables. "The target ceases to exist in any tangible fashion, entirely turning into a kind of crimson mist." Hehehehehe.
