Thanks! Took some time (incl. lots of RP-ing) to develop their relationship to this level... But it was worth it

RPing can be a lot of fun and it is amazing how things can build when you least suspect it.

This looks quite a bit like the Game of Thrones characters but not quite exactly then. I'm not sure if this was intentional or not. Excellent work nonetheless.

Thanks
Actualy, both of them were created before the GoT tv series for the purpose of an RPG ^^
(oh well... I think bare-chested manly men are one of those universal cool factors that every story needs! )

Ahhh yes. I'm happy with the grin - this certain character has quite specific mimics and drawing him is always chalenging

Well... they kinda are! It's long and complicated, but also cute in some twisted way!
I love it, honey! I told you before and I will say it again and again and again...

They are indeed. Their relationship is built on mutual trust and respect and as such is developing really nice.

Sounds interesting No horrible fate looming over them, no desasters keeping them apart?

Well... Actually they shouldn't be a couple at all as there is a potential horrible fate indeed
It's a long story, but to sum it up: She is a shamaness of one of the Great Tribes (the current ruler a.k.a Flame Lord is from the Bear Tribe, the same as she is, so it's kinda, well... elite ). She was raised and trained to be traditional, honorable and rather strict when it comes to the rules that apply to the outcasts. Especially that there's an ongoing war with the outcast tribes and the Totem Spirits are also suffering because of it (yes, there's magic involved). Due to her role she has a strong connection with the Spirits so she can feel and share their pain and suffering - so... one can say there is a horrible fate looming, as there's a high risk that she will either die because of the curse upon her protective Spirit or sacrifice herself to break the curse and free the Spirits. Either way it doesn't seem like there's a happy ending for her.
As for him - he's an outcast of some sort. And a very dangerous one, that he showed a few times. His past is a mystery, as well as his origin. At the moment he's a free soul, not connected to any tribe. He's even using the common tongue for all the time instead of speaking the tribal dialect (which he perfectly understands of course, it's just his way of showing his independence). And there are some among the Tribes who see him ad an abomination deserving to be destroyed and ever forgotten.
So... by all means they should be careful and distrustful with each other... but well.

*urch* And there I was thinking thatΒ there was a nice and positive future looking ahead
But then again ... wouldn't really fit you and your style of playing an RPG, or would it ?
Btw ... started watching a historical series, set in Spain on around 1623 (Madrid, to be precise). It made me think of you instantly - I think you would love it and Penny and Maria would feel right at home there
In case you are interested: Capitan Alatriste - you could watch it in Spanish ... or German XD
Aside from all that they still seem happy, so they should go for it. Life as it is already sucks, so they should grab what good they can get - while they still can!

No one knows what future awaits them - so they're just living the moment every time they met. And, by far, it works
As for Alatriste - is there a TV series? I've read the books and seen the movie with Viggo Mortensen (enjoyed it much). Need to check the series then

Wise deciscion I think And who knows - it might go well for a long time to come.
*haha* So you know it? I just found the series online. I don't know about the film or the book (well, I know there is a book/books), but I will look for it now
In the film, I really love the Diego actor - aside from the fact that I usually dont like ill-kempt beards and all
