Okay, this shortie is not entirely based on the fact that Gaster likes rain. I got idea for this thingy when I read this . And then I worked for a few... some time on it and it is done.
I finally found a proper 'title' for Groening. What do ya say? The exquisite Groening! Not as cool as the great Papyrus, but I just had to

(I mean, you could take that two ways, either as a positive thing that it will rain soon where he is, or as a negative thing that it never rains where he is. Either way...)
It's neat, I remember Zarla drawing Sans watching Papyrus play in the rain, I guess a love of rain is a hereditary thing...
