~Alphys trotted through the dark corridors, until she finally reached the elevator and her lab. She all but run up the escalator and then with a long sigh, she collapsed into her chair.

Her hand went to the familiar folder and she started to read through pages.

When she didn't find what she was looking for, angrily, she tossed the folder over the desk, not caring about the sheets which were now spilled all over the place.

,,How could this happen..?" she sobbed and tried to get her shaking hands under control. ,,Wasn't the DETERMINATION-.."

Alphys passed her hand over her face and then she stood. Her eyes were a little red from the panick atack she had suffered, after she saw everyone melting together.

That wasn't supposed to happen and it is not something any monster should ever see.

ANY monster.

Alphys checked her phone and found two missed calls. No. She won't call anyone about this. What would they think? What would they say? Would they hate Alphys? Would they accuse her from doing experiments that made everything even worse, than just let go of their loved ones?

The royal scientist shook her head. She slowly headed back down the escalators and after making sure no one was in sight, she headed to the elevator and once in the old lab, for the power source.

She need to make sure that the goners had everything they need in here...

... and at the same time that they could not leave without her knowing. ~

I hope you enjoyed this little story time (although I can't be much sure about that, cause when it comes to writing I usually rely on my native language and I'm no master of english) and that the picture I also drew for it is for your liking.
