Name: Gizmo

Alt. Mode: Nothing. He’s really just a bunch of odds and ends that become nothing but an odd gizmo

Gender: Mech

Relative Age: 21 ½

Height: 20 feet

Current Occupation: Small self-run business for custom upgrades

Current Residency: The small apartment over his storefront

Bondmate: None…yet. He’s currently dating Half Pint

Children: None

Alliance During the War: Autobot

Backstory:
Gizmo was created during the war FOR the war. Autobot engineers and scientists built him specifically to work in an autobot base to create, modify, and work on improving soldiers’ custom modifications and various other engineering work. Gizmo was onlined in his full-grown frame with a large amount of learning programs and information already uploaded on his processor so he could begin working quite rapidly after his initial onlinement.
Gizmo loves nothing more than to tinker and plan out new gadgets and upgrades… then figure out how to make them as compact and convenient as possible (like Apple and their ipods). Gizmo may like guns, but he’s truly very pacifistic and a wimp. He’s very aware of his smaller size compared to most other bots. Due to the fact he’s spent most of his life bent over a workbench since his creation, Gizmo is a little socially awkward, getting embarrassed easily, accidentally making uncomfortable situations, and tending not to know what to do with himself. But he truly means well and WANTS to make friends. (By all means, pick on him like a little brother)
In the base, having no family and really no friends to turn to, he was an easy target for bullies to pick on. Gizmo doesn’t hold it against them (he’s just glad they’ve stopped now that the war is over) and was quite relieved that a generous spark, Ponce, took little Gizmo under his wing as his charge and made himself Gizmo’s father-figure.

Description/Quirks/Anything else we should know:

-Gizmo’s real name is actually Jackknife (due to the fact most of his tools are hidden in his body or i his toolbelt), but the other bots in the base thought it was too cool for someone as scrawny and geeky as him, so they nicknamed him Gizmo instead.

-The glider on Gizmo’s back is his attempt at flight. He attached it in his younger years, and later added the small rockets on his feet. He can’t technically fly, he mostly “falls with style” for substantial distances.

-Gizmo has no real SET of creators. However ~Vertigojockey 's Ponce has Gizmo on as his charge.

-Gizmo would/could spend DAYS working if no one reminds him to come out and eat and he’d be perfectly happy that way.

-his chest armor may or may not have been a TF-sized barbeque grill cover at one time and painted over…. It has an awkward handle at the bottom (that should totally be mocked or poked fun at if at all possible)

-He loves Half Pint and would do just about anything to make her happy.

-He has some plans for their relationship and hopes they’ll go well
