As we got up, we put on our usual clothes and walked out.

I was so furious that I'm not even in the mood to eat breakfast.

As we head over to Orange Pizza, I am more than ready to give the manager a piece of my mind.

As we got to the place, we notice police cars and an ambulance in the parking lot.

What happened here?

Sapphire and I walked up to one of the officers and asked what happened?

He told us that the manager is found lifeless in the kitchen and the orange robot is missing.

We looked at the men taking the manager to the ambulance.

"Poor thing." Sapphire said in a remorseful tone.

I can see the managers arm sticking out and I gasped in horror of what color his hand was.

"He's purple.." I whispered.

I began to shudder and back away while Sapphire looked at me concerned.

"Angel! Pull yourself together!" She shouts as she grabbed both my shoulders.

Sapphire took me to other places to keep our minds off the situation.

I still wasn't having a great time. We still need to get paid.

Later that night, all I can think about is what happened earlier.

The manager is another victim for a sacrifice and that freaking orange is on the loose.

Sapphire looked at me again and said to me "You're still thinking about what happened earlier?"

I tried to deny it, I didn't wanna act like a big baby in front if her.

But then, I asked her out of the blue "What did the manager tell you the other day?"

Sapphire quickly looked back at her laptop.

I have the strangest feeling that she knows something I don't.

I got up from the bed and asked her again. "What did the manager tell you the other day?"

Sapphire put on her headphones.

I had to get a little fierce this time.

I closed her laptop.

As we both made eye contact, I told her "Saphie, are you hiding something from me?"

"I...I have no idea what you're talking about." Sapphire mumbled as she looked away.

"Sapphire please, I'm already stressed out as it is. I have a hunch that you and the manager are planning something behind my back. If you don't tell me...then....our friendship is over."

Well, this got to her pretty quick.

Sapphire looked down and began to cry.

She looked at me and whimpered "This job...is an ambush."

"Huh?"

She continued with tears in her eyes "Angel...I'm so sorry...the manager himself is sorry too. We needed someone to....sniff....."

"Sacrifice?" I said to her.

"Yes! I mean no...I mean....listen to me Angel. Run away. What ever you do, don't let them find you. They only want you and your sister. It's the only way to save everyone from Him."

"Who?" I asked her.

Sapphire's sadness suddenly became fear "I wanna tell you, but saying His name out loud will make Him appear. If we don't feed Him, He'll bring devestation to our universe."

Why is Sapphire talking like this all of a sudden?

I yelled at Sapphire "You set me up!"

Sapphire gave me a heartbroken glance as I continued to chew her out.

"I was your pawn the whole time? Jeebus, you think you just show up and want me to get hired at a crappy job. YOU don't even know what I'm going through! I freaking thought of you as a friend but now that the truth is out, our friendship is out the window."

Sapphire is still sad, she got up and told me "Fine, I'll go. One more thing before I go. No matter how scary things can be, I'm sure you'll fight your way out. Good bye Angel."

She hugged me and left.

Aww...

I feel bad now, maybe I shouldn't have talked down to her like that.

Its just that I have a lot to worry about and the last thing I need is to be reminded of the horrible experience at the Magical Island tournament.

I slowly closed the door and went to bed.

I have the room to myself but its pretty lonely here.

Now I'm struck with guilt. Sapphire did apologize to me after all.

As I got up from bed and was about to open the door, then I see it.

It was the orange is in the middle of the room staring at me.

I was so terrified I couldn't move.

Suddenly, it opened its mouth very wide and began flail its arms like a lunatic. Which made it even SCARIER!

I quickly ran towards the window and opened it.

As I looked back, the orange was running at me with crazy speed.

I jumped out the window and as I was safe outside, I called the police.

When the police arrived, I told them that someone was wearing a orange costume with a knife tried to kill me.

The officers reassured me that they'll be on the look out.

I looked around for Sapphire, but she's nowhere in sight.

As I got inside my room, the place was empty.

I closed and locked the door this time.

I also closed the curtains as well.

Now I began to cry.

I never should've yelled at Sapphire, she only wanted to protect me from Malvel. I'm never gonna see her again.

As I turned on the TV, the Truthful News was on.

"Our top story is about a man who fell in a coma at a local Orange Pizza restaurant and the robot of the orange mascot disappeared. While at the pizzeria, the police have found a shocking discovery. There are corpses of the employees in the kitchen cabinets. The criminal behind these terrible acts is still at large. Make sure your doors are double locked. Back to you."

I knew that Orange Pizza was suspicious from the very beginning.

I mean, the manager and Sapphire did betray me but...

...the manager dosen't deserve to be in a coma and Sapphire dosen't deserve to be talked down like that.

Not to mention, I had to improvise with my story, I didn't wanna tell the police that a huge orange came to life and wants to eat me.

I still have her number but now I'm afraid she'll block me because of what I said.

I just turned off the TV and went to bed, in tears.
