This one might get some ink, but I'm enjoying the quick, wispy lines...

Great sketch! Normally people always clean up their pencils and stuff, which is cool, but to be honest, I like the wispy sketch lines and stuff that most people make. Dunno why, but they make sketches look cooler sometimes.

I agree. I think it keeps the life in the drawing, personally. Almost like it has a soul. In comics, it seems everyone is trying to "hide their work" by polishing every little detail until the drawing is as still and trapped like a photograph.
But I am aware that I have a rather different perception on comic art than the norm...

Exactly! I mean if I wanted to see a photograph, I'd get books with them and stuff instead. I mean when it's colored and inked, clean up is ok, but as a sketch, I love the little extra lines. It just gives it so much...depth.
