Sunset over Wolf Lake. We are meant to touch the ground beneath us, to dip our hands into cool waters on pristine shores. We are meant to experience the quiet renewal that comes after a day in pine wood forests, the exhaustion of physical toil bringing us back to our bodies, our strength. The air is still for a time, when the world hovers in the gloaming. The spirit of the Thunderbird rises high into the night, growing like a tree, reaching out to our hearts to plant deep roots, leaving us with the seed inside us, hoping for fertile ground, a tender soul.Related content
