Actually it would suck because it would be like having some 40 year old guy as a pet. That's essentially what Dave is. He's a middle-aged, english teacher who happened to get turned into a monster.

I donno, he was a character I played in a hellboy inspired table top rpg. I ended up liking him, so he just kind of stuck around after the game had ended. I'm actually planning to do a web comic with him and the other characters from the game in it.

Actually, the reason that I've never uploaded even a sketch of him is because I can't come up with a character design that doesn't look totally stupid.

You should take at least some of these in photoshop and fix em up for the character sheet you've said you want to make; these would make excellent sporadic body shots in company of the rest of his info, but that's just me. These are just too cute, and I like the whimsical and flowing feel of them. And Dave is cute, which probably annoys him. X3

Wow. Love the "flow" on him. The curve and line from head to tail, as well as the front limbs... this is a very dynamic character. Love it.
