He tends to be very difficult to draw properly and Itachi-looking, yes ;]

The carefully chosen panels (as you mentioned in a comment, adding a fifth panel with the pooled towel would have fit in with the story, but not with the picture standing on its own), blurred background and general simplicity add to the power of the picture. This really compliment the original fanfic.

I love the muted tones with the longer, melancholy brush strokes. The lighting that you created in the room really helped to create the sadness that the scene entails.
While the last three panels are most definitely well done, the first is exquisite. The mood is set seamlessly, and you followed the scene in the fiction with a very beautiful touch of your own.
