i LOVE how you 'colored him in.' and really, scum is the perfect work. it's as if someone dumped a bucket of scum on him! which is the most amazing piece of symbolism/metaphor. because konoha made him look dirty and 'scummy' on the outside. they dumped that order to kill his clan on him. but he is good and beautiful on the inside!
