Interesting facts:
Personality:
Shiro is a kind, easy-going person but is aggressive on the battlefield. He is a strong fighter and fierce foe. Using his wit, he thinks things through as quickly and as thoroughly as possible in every situation. He enjoys puzzles to keep his mind as sharp as his blade.
During the time he travels around the world, he believes that love for him was out there, but it was not quite there. No matter how many times he dies and is revived, he always feels that that “special someone” is out there. He continued to believe that the girl for him was somewhere and held on to that thought until he finally found Toph.
He loves Toph with all his heart. It's unconditional. He always tries his best to make her happy, even if it means doing something that he did not really enjoy. He always enjoys being with her. He's completely devoted to her and he cares for her.
Whenever he's threatened, he reacts normally and calmly but if his friends or loved ones are threatened, he becomes more violent and angry. When that happens, he feels the power of the demon fueling off of his hatred and anger. The worse the threat, the more the demon shows. He hates to be angry but if the circumstances are met, he will not hesitate to use lethal force against those who hurt his loved ones.
Demon:
Shiro is possessed by a demon called the Okami-Ryu (Wolf-Dragon). It has the appearance of a massive black wolf with black and red dragon wings. The seal for the demon is printed on his right arm. This demon is powered by Shiro's anger, gaining more strength as he becomes more angry. The power of the demon is separated into three stages.
The first stage is simply an increase in stats. He becomes twice as fast and as powerful than he is normally. His eyes glow blood-red to signify that he this stage is activated; there is no other real physical changes at this point.
In the second stage, there are more changes. Including the stat increase, his features begin to change as well.
He uses his sword less in this stage and focuses more upon fighting with his claws and teeth. He still fights with shadowbending, although more styles are available only in this form.
The final stage, also called his Perfect Form, is particularly dangerous. Not only are his stats increased even more and his features become more beast-like, but also for a short time after his transformation he temporarily loses control over his body. He could attack anyone without any warning and with great ferocity. Not only do most of his features from the previous stage appear, but they are also enhanced:
In addition to all these features, he also acquires black and red dragon wings. He returns tousing his sword in fighting but also uses his now more powerful claws. More skills are added but he loses some of the skills from his previous form.
The demon and its powers have an additional consequence; whenever Shiro activates the demon or its powers, a small portion of his soul erodes. The magnitude of the erosion depends on the intensity of the power used; the more powerful the form, the more his soul erodes in order to use it. Although all of it is still in small degrees, the amount still adds up.
Mortality:
Shiro has the normal lifespan of any average human. However, there is another ability that the demon possesses: the ability to revive Shiro after he dies. It is able to revive him to the point where his body returns to the age in which he was possessed, which would be 14 years old. For example, if he died at age 20, his body would return to the age of 14. His body is also repaired of any damage done to it during the lifetime or the cause of death. For example, if he was beheaded, when he is revived his head is reattached. If any portion is destroyed or missing, such as being burned to death, blown up, or if some of his parts were stolen, even the most microscopic particle of his body would return to repair him. All repairs and retrievals are done via shadow.
However, there are three consequences to this ability: first, Shiro loses all memory of what happened in the previous life. The only things he would remember would be the things about him and his bending ability. He wouldn't remember the demon if he knew anything about it in that lifetime.
The second consequence would be that a small portion of his soul erodes because it is an ability of the demon. How much his soul erodes depends on how old he was when he died and how much damage was done to his body at that point.
The last consequence is that the time of reconstruction and revival depends on his age of death. For example, if he died at the age of 16, it would take 16 hours to finish the process; 20 years old = 20 hours. All calculations are done by hours. The minimum would be 14 hours.

I hate drawing poses. Epic failure. These are some of the basic stats about Shiro. I used a more "abridged" and modified set of stats because my first one included a lame and confusing background story. As I was rewriting the stats, I realized how Mary-Sue Shiro really is. It depresses me. I tried to balance him out but it just doesn't make up for all this crap I made him out to be. At least I finally tied up some of the loose ends.
I was quite satisfied with the eyes though. The symbol on his arm is the Okami-Ryu seal and the symbol in the top-left corner is what his nation's symbol would be if he had one. I haven't even really touched base on his attacks. The one in which he swings his sword and a wave comes out is called the Dark Wave. I suck at drawing that.
I'm sorry for how ridiculously long this thing is and for the crappy pencil sketches. I rushed them. I'll probably scrap this later and do it again.
