Description
I wasn't sure if i should call this MmmMlik or Mighty Big BabyThis is Eevee , almost a year old and much bigger then her mom, yet STILL drinking milk
But looks at Ronja 's face, she seems to love it =^_^=
I thought they stopped drinking milk around 12 weeks old, 4 months. She is 11 here
This is the last time I caught her do it thou. I've never seen her do it after she turned one in May
*hates the BG....* Composition and light could be better too... but it's worth seeing =^_^=

We have had the WORST time trying to keep our cats from nursing too much! In fact, I need to show you THIS picture... POOR MOMMY CAT! Our cats live in a very "Matriarchal" society, so they just kinda pass their babies back and forth...

I don't think theres any danger to it. As long as the mom don't mind it doesn't mater =^_^=
"they just kinda pass their babies back and forth" You have two cats with kittens at the same time?
It is common for cats in a "pack" to share the responsibility, in the end they will make no difference in who's children it is
"I need to show you THIS picture" there was suppose to be a link? there is none....

That is so gorgeous! The way the light is like a spotlight on them means that your attention doesn't stray from the intended part of the image. Also it gives it a very gentle homely touch

Hehe
No, he was a Norwegian Forest Cat, which are quite big. Her mother is a typical short hair house cat, but a small one. Eevee looks identical to her father, both fur and size wise, so that makes her much bigger then mom. And to top it of she is long furred, while mom is short, which just makes her look even bigger
To amplify it I took the photo from Eevee's point of view, the perspective helps make her look big as she is closer to the camera then mom. And mom is curled up a bit while Eevee lies all stretched out. Many factors here make her look just humongous compared to mom
But when I shaved of her fur she looked same zise as mom

NFO is quite big also, at least compared to normal house cats, and have extra fluffy mains too. There are very few differences between Main Coon and Norwegian Forest cats. I've heard rumors that MC came from NFO =^_^=
