Description
So after some PC crashes and my sinking motivation for uploading this, at MegaJosh67 's request, I bring you Dr. Cossack. Honestly, looking at his official artwork and comparing it to his sprites... they look so different. I figured while I was at making him appear more closer to how he's commonly depicted, I'd go ahead and also do the same with his Cossack Catcher. Enjoy what you see!Related content

Oh sure, he's had stuff from him show up after the 4th game. There's Beat, obviously, the 8th game's intro cutscene involves Pharaoh Man at one point, then Ring Man shows up in the Weapons Archive/Faves Gallery (...At least, a picture of him does, and the thing shoots out Ring Boomerangs), and finally, Tundra Man pops in lookin' fabulous as ever!

The mouth on mugshot is quite messy.
Plus, I think the jaw looks to far forward.
