Description
This image is an illustration of the upper town of Axculho, the village of my bachelor thesis in ‘Design’. The web site Axculho.com is the result of three steps: Worldbuilding, Concept Art and Illustrations. I created a new world, designed a small town and then made illustrations for the main characteristics of one nation.Here is the link where you can see the illustration in context:

I don't understand. The thesis is part of the degree - it's the last big project during the studies.

My understanding of degrees was that one did not have to come up with a thesis unless it was for the masters or docterate. My final design project for Bachelor was a group print design based around showing off our best works as a class in the carreer feild. It was to simulate working in a team environment to produce a unified final project. My fine arts experience was quite a bit different, our classes were focused on improvement of skills the final project being the same as the first project redoing the project was supposed to show how our skills improved over the period of the class.

Outstanding details on this piece, I'd love to live there lol.Btw, it might mean nothing to you but it remind me alot of knothole village from Sonic the hedgehog comics series just in more realistic proportions.

looks awesome. one issue though: the guys up on the ship look much bigger than the ppl in the foreground tents despite the fact that the guys on the ship seem to be further away.
