First, to comment on your art itself - I absolutely LOVe the bust shot and your stylistic rendition of faces, and then the knees! @o@ They're s awesome!!! Gwaaah, you better draw for the comic! XD
*gasp* Okay, moving on... I really like the character design a whole heck of a lot. I like how you put personality into the costume, and after reading your description of her character, I can really see her cuddling a cat while sitting hunched over a computer, sitting indian-style, while looking up miyavi pics... XD Very awesome! I also like how she's intelligent... the other characters that I've looked at so far didn't have that element, so I'm glad to see someone does. X3
After reading kitton's comment on IQ, I'm kind of surprised... XD I took an IQ test when I was younger, but it must have been one really messed up one, because my IQ was described as being over 180... @o@ Well, I guess the definition of IQ always changes and really depends on the test you take, your age, and how it judges you.

though the child genius thing may be a little bit too high and all - i think 200 or so IQ is like, bigger than the 3 or 4 year old who knows calculus - i approve of the overall design, especially the stuck up attitude. those clothes are pretty hot too 8B

Really nice character ^_^ Her whole background info are pretty interessting and I love how you did her clothes <3 The socks are my favorite part though.. Along with her hair ^_^

This design is really attractive. I adore mix-matched clothes, and she's pulled it off really well. All the parts piece together very coherently.

I do like the fact she's very clever.. brings a contrast to most other characters who are just 'motivated' haha- though that's not bad, contrast is always good~
Let me just say.. her outfit design is AWESOME! haha, i really love it, especially the details and colours and her bum-ribbons~ ohh, it's just gorgeous~
Her youth compared to her intellect is a tiny bit grating.. I think she'd go even more up in my expectation if she was a little older; in her 20s or something- though that's more of a personal thing that a critique; because i'm sure you think differently
I love your flat colours; and the tones you use- she is one lovely character!

That is a killer design! It's...BAM! Anyways, she has a great, fleshed out personality. There seem to be some very opinionated characters emerging. I wonder how they'll get along... ^^

Haha. I love the whole "relating to peers = no" for her. It'd be interesting to put her in the same room with the character I designed for this. ;0
Though, I don't quite understand the servant thing that you've mentioned a couple times.
But her design is really interesting and fits nicely with the fantasy/sci-fi theme. I'd like to see some different facial expressions from her though. Just to get a better feel for her personality.

erm, let me be more clear on the definition of a savant *i spelled it wrong*
they're a scholar in their field. an idiot savant is a mentally challenged person that is especially gifted in one area. *so rainmain = numbers* I know of some girl that was 12 that could paint like a pro...etc.

a sevant is someone who's especially gifted in only one area. [it's usually among autistic people]
If you've seen the movie rainman - he was an autistic sevant...he basically knew everything when it came to numbers, and could guess who many toothpicks were in a pack just by looking at them.
so she's supposed to be super smart when it comes to..technology and junk.

Aw I REALLY like her design, and great character description too! Keep the character if you don't win the contest. She's awesome and i'd love to see her with her guns. haha. And i love how on her outfit some things , like the top of her shirt is a little.. "off" so it just looks normal. ^^
