My opion is that based on the condition of the ruined structures in the show, she might still be there.

I agree, there are several artifacts from the old world in the show so it's reasonable to think she might have survived all those years.

i also know who would have the tech to raise her and the mindset to do so: Princess Bubblegum and Finn.
