Description
Based on fan speculation that Titanic is still down there in the oceans of Ooo even though the Atlantic is no longer the Atlantic.Based on how pre war relics in Adventure time tend to stay in near perfect condition despite being 1000 years old.
The only human relic perfectly unmolested by the Horrors of the Mushroom war.
In the standpoint of the show, the Oooains would refer to her as the "Big T" or "The floating castle".
They would call her a castle since she would be too large to be called a ship by their standards.
If raised successfully, once out of the water, the Many kingdoms of Ooo and mostly pirates would try to claim it as their own for one reason: Treasure.
Unlike the Candy kingdom, these other kingdoms would do a poor job in Handling the Big T and would rather strip her of valuables rather than restore her.
Yes Pendelton ward will ignore the breakup and whatnot and depict Titanic's wreck in the most cheesiest and unrealistic ways possible.
Actually if he ever did show here existing in Adventure time. An episode dealing with raising the Titanic would follow in the footsteps of the 1980 film "Raise the Titanic" and the novel of the same name.
And just like the 1980 film, it would come off as Worst of the three Titanic specials for Cartoon network.
Pendelton ward would really fail big time in depicting Titanic. He is really "outdated" and ill informed about things.

look the titanic sank in 1912 the mushroom war was set in the 1980 so there would be no possibility of raising the titanic in the show

though since pre war objects in AT are shown to have little to no decay after 1000 years of of disuse, then i would imagine that she is still down there

most of the pictures are actually rare concept art pieces for "Raise the Titanic". Due to the quality, they can be mistaken for fanart

Yes they can. But my eyes don't mistaken them at all.
However, they can help others in describing what they want their own RTT wreck to be like on the other hand.

though one thing i notice is that even in the original novel, they do not acknowledge the wreck as a grave site.
There was a chapter in which a press conference was held and i facepalmed after reading that chapter since the press cared not for the ship herself, but only cared about stripping her bare of any valuables. There even was no opposition in raising her. Because the byzanium was not found on the ship, N.U.M.A just robbed a grave of 1500 souls for nothing.
Actually throughout the whole book, many of the characters see titanic as this ugly dirty hulk with no worth in it.

yeah which really sucks and I thought in the novel they cared for Titanic for at one point they had a toast on her, saying
"To the Titanic, may she never again rest in peace"
"To the Titanic, HEAR HEAR"

though cussler depicts the Russians as if they were commie idiots who know NOTHING about the Titanic. Hell, they even threatened to destroy her an not take into consideration, her historical value.
sandecker didn't even care if Titanic was important.
Though i feel that it would be better for titanic to be slowly brought to the surface so that the ship doesn't get damaged unlike in the ascent mention in the book.
This quote, just shows how they don't really care for the ship or her deceased passengers and crew.
"Not when you consider the possible return. You see, the Titanic is a veritable storehouse of treasure.
Estimates run over three hundred million dollars. There are many of the passengers' jewels and valuables
still on board a quarter of a million dollars' worth in one stateroom alone. Then there are the ship's fittings,
as well as the furnishings and the precious decor, some of which may have survived. A collector would
gladly pay anywhere from five hundred to a thousand dollars for one piece of china or a crystal goblet
from the first-class dining room. No, ladies and gentlemen, this is one time when a federal project is not,
if you'll pardon the expression, a taxpayer ripoff. We will show a profit in dollars and a profit in historical
artifacts of a bygone era, not to mention the tremendous wealth of data for marine science and
technology."
They were literally thinking of stripping her to a bare hulk. this reminds me of that 1987 expedition.
He even got the survivor's reactions wrong:
"Many of the watchers wept openly. Among them were three of the passengers who had survived the
tragic night so long ago."
The survivors would'nt be weeping. they would be upset and irate that somebody dug up the grave of 1500 souls, among them, a family member that died there.
