Aight so I made this out of boredom. no sonic body parts (except the hands they was on the Koopa sprites don't judge me.) I stick with the rules. only thing that's different is the hat I adjust it to his head from a kirby hat. everything else I made using koopa's body parts from different sprites and what not.remember this was for boredom
