The train station in panel 4 was based off a picture of the Mountain View Station from wikipedia and falls under the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 2.0 Generic license.

It's a long train ride from Mountain View to New York.
Seriously though, with the BART endpoints in Pittsburg, Richmond, and Dublin, I can hardly begrudge another system one confusing station name (even though Mountain View is of course served by Caltrain, which has no confusing stations at all).
