To be honest, I probably could have posted this last week. I said I wouldn't be able to have it done when I posted the previous page, but that's because I was in the middle of everything. Because I knew what I had to do, and I knew how sick my cat was, how she was hurting. Once it was done, though... it was the right decision. I have two family members who both feel they waited too long with their dogs, and I'm glad I was able to help my cat before any real decline started, before she'd really started suffering. Which, given her age and all her issues, is the only way things could have gone with anything that would have kept her going.

And besides, like I said, she was 19. I mean, no matter how you look at that, we won. I miss her, a lot, but I don't have anything to be sad about.

So, all in all, actually feeling pretty good right now, even if, again, I miss her. Updates shouldn't be delayed anymore.
