I figured I'd mess with each of the ships from Star Wars The Old Republic. This is a WIP comparison between the original ship and the one I've modified.

This, like my Twilight Horizon is still a WIP, though it's as finished as I'll get it right now without spending an abhorrent amount of time on it. Obviously I've got little imagination, I'm simply fixing my pet peeve of having lopsided ships.  Please ask for permission if you wish to use it for anything as I am currently hoping to use them later in a book I'm hoping to finish.

Crew-14 Standard Load

Captain, Pilot/co-pilot, Nav officer, 4 turret gunners, 2 shuttle pilots, 1 protocol droid, 1 engineer +astromech, 1 medic droids
Equipment
4 Heavy Dual laser cannon turrets (1 ventral, 1 dorsal, 1 port, 1 starboard)
   4 Light Rotary Cannons (1 Centered between the barrels on each turret)
2 anti boarding buzz blasters near boarding ramps
4 multi use launchers (torpedo/bomb) 2 astride the bridge each side with ammo storage under bridge
2 Nova Combat shuttles

In atmosphere speed, 1000 Km/h

Designed by Corellian Engineering Corporation, the XS Light Freighter was versatile and well loved by smugglers and freighter captains alike.
The little known and used Variant made by the corporation was simply deemed the XS2, it doubled the amount of cargo the design could carry and increased the engine output in an attempt to keep it's speed and maneuverability. Later on it earned the name of the XS Heavy Freighter, most captains jokingly spoke of it as the Extra Small Heavy Freighter for it's size to cargo carrying capacity.. It was notably similar in over all design to the Dynamic-class freighter, the most well know of them being the Ebon Hawk, and some said that it was the inspiration for the variation.

This ship also incorporated 2 modified shuttles similar in design yet much smaller than the XS Freighter itself, dubbed Nova Combat shuttles, into it's hull on either side of the engine housing where escape pods may have been. Their births allowed them to take off and land while the ship was flying or on the ground. They can also be docked facing forward or backward to allow ease of launch and retrieval. These two little single ships had a number of different jobs, cargo transfer between ships and ship to ship defense were the main feature for which they were made. The Nova Combat Shuttles could be individually piloted if pilots were on hand, they could also be slave to the ships defense system and used with less efficiency.

The first of the XS Heavy Freighters was named Maw Jumper by it's captain and it was the most famous of the run of the XS2 line, it was also slightly modified to the captains request upon building. Other variants exist due to the modular construction of the ship and it's components.

Edit: Updated deck layout to show Nova Combat shuttles in correct place. Shuttles have been 'designed' to be interchangeable between port and starboard as well as be able to dock in their berths backwards or forwards. I am looking for someone to possibly help me design the nova combat shuttle, i have some ideas but there's nothing really out there that i can find that would be a good fit if i mess with it.

Edit: Bathroom and lounge area added to Captains quarters (Bad bathroom but best i can do with my skills atm)
