Something about white hair really does something to me. XD I guess it's because few people could ever carry that look without looking elderly.
For a sketch, this is just ridiculously awesome. Wish I could do something like that so casually. Haha, especially being able to capture feeling in the eyes. Mine always look kinda "dead" or "fake.". I love how yours looks so alive. C:

As soon as I saw the title of this artwork, I was like, "Woah, don't tell me it's Naomi Kimishima from Atlus's Trauma Team?!". Could be wrong, really. But still, for a warm-up?! This looks already like the finished masterpiece! Still, I bet you meant by, you could improvise this to look A LOT more better, right? If that's the case, well good luck! Love ya artworks!

Love this, she's beautifully done. Not sure about the shadows on the left side of the lip (my left), though I'm not exactly experienced yet, but it seems it should be softer because it looks like there's food around her mouth, but maybe it's just me (I'm still studying shadows, don't hurt meeeehhh *takes covers*) It just seems like the rest of her face has a soft glow, but then there's the rough brush strokes on the side of her mouth. I hope I don't sound pretentious by saying noting this...>__>
Everyone seems confused on why it's in Horror, maybe it's because of the title Patient Zero? Kinda like a subject of a hospital from hell/asylum/I don't know I'm just guessing? lol

I find it hard to believe this is a sketch, it's too perfect and beautiful to be a sketch! I also love what yu did with her eyes, th eblending of blues and greens in what would look like a water color effect. Overall bravo to you for such a great piece!
