Sycra is anther artist my fiancee introduced me to and his tutorials are also very informative. His coloring tutorials are very nice. His fundamentals of lighting and shadow are excellent as well.
Alas in the old days before the internet such things did not/could not conveniantly exist. So instead I had Jack Hamm. His books are astoundingly detailed and filled with massive amounts of information. They were my constant companions before my mother discovered small amounts of nudity in the ones on humans and i did not see them again until i purchased new copies in art school. Oh my god thank you again! I was precisely searching for things like that. --I'm practising a lot at traditional art so I'll surely upload more thingies, although I don't tend to upload a lot of drawings. I'm slow at that.
I'll be focusing about anathomy and facial expressions ---> and will try to draw girls. I suck at drawing girls.

From my experience most of what makes drawing the opposite gender difficult is the subtle differences in proportion. Try to tackle the differences one section at a time. That will make it a bit less difficult. The big thing it took me a while to lear was to go for a minimalistic approach if you are aiming for beauty. The more lines on the grater the perception of age. Its a weird perceptual thing. Though I just looked at Selina and it was well done. Nothing major seemed wrong with it. The face had character which is in my opinion good. Let me know whats being rough you with drawing women and I'll see if I can help, or at the least point you in the right direction. : )

Well, Selina was drawn in a lucky-inspirational day. The proportions seemed well, just because yes XD But usually, I can't draw women because I tend to emphatize muscles (as I learned more or less male anathomy watching at muscles schemes).
I want to use simple lines, but my brain won't let me! I start drawing lines and lines and IDK why. Maybe because my subconscient or whatever, IDK. Sometimes I see, for example, the hair, and I think I have to put more and more lines --and it only makes it worse.

I totaly understand. I went through exactly that sort of thing too.
Try studying some of Clamp's work. They have amazingly simple lines, fairly elegantly so. Granted they disregard anatomy a great deal. It may help. Also let the lines come copy the layer and then erase everything except exactly what you need to represent the figure. yYou may be surprised how few lines it really takes. : )
