Hello there
I havent been very active here for a while, so I figured it was time to post something.
This is the work I did for myΒ bachelor's thesis in Arts and Crafts. It's a personal reflection of my own phenomenological journey through the game Skyrim. As the title suggests, the journey is shown through fragments that I feel reflect the experience. Of course there was a written paper alongside it, but that I will spare you!
Got an A on it though ^^
I figured I'd just put them all together, but they are individual drawings. Most of the images are based on screenshots I've taken while playing, but the skull I credit to the wonderful stock fromΒ XeiArt

As a skyrim obsessed roleplayer these remind me of moments both happy and sad that i had experienced within that incredible world. After upgrading my system i no longer play but it was nice to remember some small moments i had totally forgoten about. They are beautifully drawn too so well done and congrats on your results. Crazy as it seams but i probably would have enjoyed reading your paper too.

All that I've picked up about Skyrim through osmosis still didn't help me identify this as "fanart." There's so much that seems uniquely yours on a subliminal level.
I like that everything is confined to a circle. I thought it might have been an eye motif, then wondered maybe if these were super cool buttons I could buy and put on my battle vest. Keep up the lovely work!

Thank you so very much for this comment! The intention was indeed to make it a personal piece, that did not necessarily tell a clear story to the random viewer. It was my own journey, my own moments.
The circles came about through the process, I first intended to work solely with eyes.
